As Operations Manager, you'll ensure every patient experiences:

•Comprehensive, holistic dental care in a single trusted location

Key Responsibilities:

Reinstate and oversee team rhythms (daily huddles, weekly provider meetings, monthly all-staff reviews)

Drive KPIs across departments (front desk, clinical, treatment coordination, case acceptance, new patient metrics)

Manage the Treatment Coordinator program

Build out systems for tracking inquiry-to-consult and consult-to-treatment conversion

Improve follow-up systems for unconverted treatment plans

Manage onboarding and performance of providers, TCs, and front desk

Support marketing coordination and new patient intake workflows

Act as strategic partner for the Principal Dentist and help execute on the practice goals

Foster staff culture of ownership, accountability, and performance

What We’re Looking For:

Strong background in dental, medical, or allied health operations

Experience managing a team of 10+ across clinical and admin roles

Excellent communicator with experience leading meetings and driving accountability

Proficient in systems implementation (practice management software, CRM, SOPs)

Growth mindset and confident with numbers and metrics

Comfortable managing up and pushing high-performing principals forward

Ideally has worked in a scaling private dental practice or boutique multi-clinic group

Compensation & Career Progression

Financial Package:

Growth Trajectory: upto $130,000 annually upon launch of 2nd Practice
