• Join a team of 2 Senior Associates, 1 Special Counsel and additional support staff in the Sydney CBD office.

About the role:

• Opportunity to work in complex Estate Dispute Resolution and Litigation relating to Will Disputes, Family Provision Claims, Executor and Trustee Disputes, Estate Mediation and Negotiation, Superannuation and Inheritance Disputes, and more!
• 6 billable hours per day required.
• Autonomy with matters from day one in a growth role.

The ideal candidate:

• Senior Associate with 5+ years' experience in Estate Litigation (or commercial litigation with exposure to estate litigation). Special Counsel candidates will also be considered.
• Succession law elective completed in LLB is essential;
• LLM in Wills & Estates (highly regarded but not required);
• Confident managing files from start to finish and meeting clients alone; and
• Genuine passion and dedication to wills and estates law, seeking long-term development and mentorship in a specialist environment.
