Salary and features of the position:

• $180,000 - $200,000 Salary range
• Work closely with a long standing team of respected and mature lawyers - New Positions in this firm do not come up regularly

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll take a lead role within a collaborative property team of experienced lawyers, delivering strategic legal solutions on a broad range of leasing and property transactions.

• Oversee complex commercial, industrial and retail leasing matters
• Act for landlords, tenants, developers and fund managers
• Advise on conveyancing, acquisitions, and disposals
• Guide clients through planning and finance-related development issues
• Build strong rapport with longstanding clients

Requirements

• 10+ years’ PAE in leasing and property law
• Live within commutable distance to Sydney CBD as this is a Monday to friday in office position
• Strong drafting, advisory and negotiation skills
• Confidence managing complex transactions end-to-end
• Commercially minded with a client-first approach
