We’re partnering with a reputable for-profit aged care provider seeking an experienced Clinical Facility Manager to lead one of their high-performing homes near Blacktown.
This is a fully compliant home with a stable structure in place—perfect for someone who knows how to step in and take the reins from an operational and clinical perspective.

• 🏡 100+ bed Residential Aged Care Facility
• 💰 $150,000 – $160,000 + Super
• 📍 Blacktown region

• 🧑‍⚕️ Structure: FM > CM > CCCs > RNs > Care Staff

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A Clinical Facility Manager (AHPRA Registered Nurse)
• 2+ years' experience in a Facility Manager role
• Strong operational oversight with the ability to lead day-to-day functions confidently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience supporting and mentoring a Care Manager and clinical team
• Proven ability to maintain compliance, manage risk, and drive a positive workplace culture
