Join a highly regarded NFP aged care provider as Care Manager, overseeing clinical care in a large, fully accredited facility. You'll be supported by an experienced Facility Manager, additional Care Manager and an onsite Quality & Education team.

In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team of Registered Nurses and care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to residents. You’ll also work collaboratively with the Quality and Education team to provide ongoing support and development for the clinical team.

The Requirements:

• AHPRA Registered Nurse with previous experience working as a Care Manager
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards & proven experience leading a clinical team through successful accreditation process
• Experience motivating a clinical team to ensure high quality clinical care
• Excellent written and verbal skills communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Full Australian working rights
