Kolora is a McLean Care–owned and operated facility located in the picturesque town of Guyra, offering modern care enhanced by innovative telehealth support through our in-house iAgeHealth model.
About the Role
As the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the full operational management of Kolora, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You will lead, inspire, and empower your team, uphold compliance standards, and drive financial performance — all while fostering a strong, people-focused culture.
You’ll be part of our Sapphire Leadership Team (SLT), working alongside a supportive network of five other Facility Managers and reporting to the Residential Area Manager.
About You
You’ll bring:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Facility Manager in Residential Aged Care
Proven clinical leadership and operational management experience
Experience in managing aged care subsidies and funding
Strong leadership, staff engagement, and talent retention skills
Analytical and problem-solving strengths, especially around resident care improvement
Competence in budgeting and financial oversight
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated success in highly regulated, compliance-driven environments
A current, unrestricted driver’s licence
A commitment to McLean Care’s values and resident-first mission
