The Opportunity

As Facility Manager, you’ll be responsible for the strategic, clinical, and operational leadership of the service. You’ll lead a passionate team and uphold the highest standards of care, safety, and resident wellbeing. Reporting to the Head of Aged Care / Regional Executive Manager, your influence will shape not just the future of the facility—but the lives of those within it.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage clinical care, staffing, operations, and day-to-day service delivery

Drive continuous improvement aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards

Ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness

Oversee budgets, occupancy, and performance KPIs

Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the broader community

About You

You’re a values-driven leader with a strong clinical foundation and a deep understanding of aged care operations. You know how to engage teams, deliver exceptional care, and foster a positive, resident-first culture.

You’ll bring:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

At least 5 years' leadership experience in aged care or a health care setting

Proven people management and service delivery skills

Solid understanding of aged care funding (AN-ACC / ACFI) and compliance

Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and performance metrics

Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
