An agency In the Redfern area is on the hunt for a skilled Business Manager to come on board and hit the ground running alongside one of their Directors. This role will be running the day-to-day operation of a team of 5 in office and 2 VA team members. The ideal person for this role has thorough experience in team management and preparing properties for sale.

About the role

Manage all to-market administration, compliance and marketing for agents listings

Diary management

Aid in the sales process and be hands-on with clients through the process

Hands on management of marketing via web, print and social

Assisting with coordinating exchanges and settlements

Support with client communication, data maintenance and management from appraisal through to post settlement

Skills and experience

Must have previous real estate experience working in an admin heavy role

Own car and Licence

Strong written and verbal communication

Must have Certificate of Registration at minimum
