Casual Chef required - Must be capable of working unsupervised, cook to order menu in a Busy Bistro located in small registered Club in Dee Why on the Northern Beaches.

We are a Contract caterer with a passion to travel to assist our business during our time away and looking for someone to cover extra shifts and extensive holiday periods on a regular basis.

This would suit an agency styled chef with mutiple week long bookings and other regular fixed dates confirmed in advance.

This is a role where your input and experience can be utilised in the daily changing menu.

Shifts are finished by 8.45pm.

Parking is available on site.

Minimum 3 years of commercial kitchen experience required, with proven ability to work independently

Essential skills:

Menu planning and development

Stock management and ordering

Proven experience in bulk cooking

Candidates must have:

Right to work in Australia

Clear National Police Check

Required qualifications:

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
