We’re looking for a Commis Chef to join our pre-opening team.

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Deliver delight on a plate, ensuring flavours and presentation hit the mark for a seamless dining experience.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards as you work.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure everything in the kitchen runs smoothly in order that as a team, you are able to deliver a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Prepare grab-and-go setup, and mis-en-plus.
• Take ownership of cleaning your work area and equipment, always ensuring that the space is exceptionally clean.

We would like to hear from you if this sounds like you:

• You have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Clear, effective communication is one of your key strengths
• You operate confidently in delivering an exceptional a la carte service, especially for breakfasts
• You are able to work on weekday mornings, and some weekends as part of a rotating roster
• You thrive in fast-paced environments
• You have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• You have unrestricted work rights in Australia
