The Role:

You will lead the day-to-day operations of major commercial builds, taking projects from early works to handover. This is your site, your team, and your reputation.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing site teams, subcontractors, safety, scheduling, and quality
• Driving construction milestones and ensuring clear communication across the board
• Troubleshooting issues fast and keeping your builds on track
• Setting the tone for a high-performing, safety-focused site culture

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience leading commercial projects up to $10M+ for 8+ years
• Strong understanding of compliance, construction safety, and build quality
• A trade background or formal qualifications in construction
• Leadership skills that earn respect—not just authority
• Experience in industrial or office builds? That’s a bonus.
