We feel that the successful candidate will have the following:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in delivering commercial projects within the Australian market
• Experience across key project phases, including, delivery, building services, commissioning
• Strong understanding of project controls and delivery methodologies
• Confident in managing large-scale commercial projects from concept to completion
• Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
• Committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
• Professional, proactive, and solution-focused approach
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to continuous improvement.
