About the role

We are seeking experienced Chefs, Cooks and kitchen hands to join Bellbowrie Sports and Community Club, Queensland. Their is a full-time, part-time and casual opportunities to play a key role in providing delicious and high-quality meals to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Create exciting menus and daily special options

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Assisting with menu costing

Providing exceptional standards within the kitchen

Working collaboratively with the wider hospitality team

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Substantial experience as a Head Chef / Sous or Senior Cook roles in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Experience in working as a kitchen hand in a face paced enviroment

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques

Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Passion for creating delicious and visually appealing meals

Current Food Safety Supervisor certification or equivalent
