We're seeking a dynamic marketing professional to play a key role in campaign performance, compliance, and strategic insights for high-profile initiatives. In this fast-paced hybrid role based in The Rocks, Sydney, you'll contribute to shaping effective, data-driven marketing efforts that connect with audiences across local and global markets.

What you'll be doing:

Coordinate campaign compliance and documentation in line with NSW Government advertising regulations.

Develop campaign briefs, set KPIs, and align media, creative, and budget strategies with stakeholders.

Lead reporting efforts by analysing campaign metrics, creating dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Partner with research teams to translate qualitative and quantitative findings into strategy.

Track competitor activity and market trends to strengthen campaign planning and execution.

Present insights to senior stakeholders to guide targeting and media investment decisions.

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in campaign reporting, media analysis, and performance measurement.

Strong capability in data tools (e.g. advanced Excel, PowerBI) and understanding of research methodologies, including creative testing.

A collaborative mindset and ability to simplify complex data into clear, compelling stories.

A passion for consumer behaviour and a keen eye for market opportunities.
