A leading financial services company is seeking a Workforce Contingent Specialist to support their contingent workforce program on a short-term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with MSP/vendor management experience to contribute to a fast-paced and well-structured workforce team.

About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end contingent workforce process, engaging with internal stakeholders and MSP partners, and ensuring compliance across onboarding, reporting, and contractor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate contingent workforce requests
• Partner with MSP providers and hiring managers
• Ensure policy compliance and streamline onboarding processes
• Maintain data integrity within CMS and workforce systems
• Support with reporting and workforce metrics

About You:

• Prior experience in contingent workforce or MSP environments
• Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Available immediately or at short notice
