APG Workforce is currently accepting applications for a Distribution Transport Supervisor based in Wulkuraka, Ipswich.

• Monday to Friday role supporting day-to-day transport operations.
• Opportunity to go permanent after trial period
• $48.76 per hour + Super + daily supervisor allowance $28.12

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Distribution Manager with daily operations
• Manage driver schedules, compliance, and logistics coordination
• Plan and coordinate transport activities
• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Quickly identify and resolve transport-related issues
• Maintain compliance with all transport regulations, COR, and safety standards
• Lead with confidence and adapt to changing priorities
• Complete other duties as required within the scope of the role

Essential Requirements:

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (legal working rights in Australia)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of transport regulations and Chain of Responsibility (COR)
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt quickly
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
