Are you an experienced Civil Site Supervisor with a background in roads, bridges, and infrastructure projects?

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and hands-on professional to join their team and oversee key civil construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading contractor on major infrastructure works.

About the Role:

• Strong pipeline of projects - Flood Recovery, Road Construction, Bridges and more
• Strong leaders with vast experience with Tier 1 Contractors
• Projects across Brisbane, Toowoomba, Ipswich and Northern NSW regions

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily site activities for road, bridge, and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and resources, addressing any site issues proactively.
• Enforce workplace health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all documentation and reporting requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in roads, bridges, and infrastructure construction.
• Strong knowledge of TMR specifications, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and project documentation.
• Willingness to travel to regional project sites as required.
• White Card and relevant construction tickets (e.g., RIW, First Aid, Traffic Management) preferred.
