Our client is a well-established commercial construction company with over 20 years industry experience delivering projects across QLD, NSW & Victoria.

Specialising in construction & fit-out services to the commercial, education and health industries, our client is renowned in the industry for completing high-quality projects, maintaining excellent business relationships and repeat business.

The Role:

You will lead and coordinate all on-site construction operations, working closely with sub-contractors, key stakeholders and the internal projects team to ensure safe, timely and high-quality project delivery within budget.

Manage day-to-day operations, development and delivery of site programme and ensure key milestones are met.

Oversee safety, WHS compliance, inductions & toolbox talks

Coordinate trades, materials and site logistics

Liaise with project managers, engineers, consultants, local authorities and other stakeholders to provide ongoing progress reports

Closely monitor quality control and implement defect management processes

What we're looking for:

Proven experience of managing multi-storey residential or commercial builds

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams of both in-house trades and sub-contractors

Excellent communication and organisational skills along with strong computer literacy

White Card, First Aid, and current QBCC Site Supervisor licence
