About the Company:
Client-side opportunity to oversee the delivery of a $100M+ commercial office. A privately owned family business, with investments in a variety of sectors including the mining, property and energy sectors. They are looking for a Project Engineer to oversee the finishing packages including the external finishings.

This would initially be a contract role for 9-12 months with the potential to extend subject to future work secured.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or equivalent
• A proven track record of working on complex, design & construct projects $50M+ for a main contractor as a Project Engineer.
• Experience working for a tier 1 builder is preferred
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (internal team clients, main contractor, consultant teams etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong commercial acumen, contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills
