Bizmatrix Pty Ltd – Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Bizmatrix is a specialist Registered Training Organisation delivering nationally accredited training in the gas and electrical industry. We offer Type A (Domestic/Commercial) Gasfitting Licences, Type B Industrial Gas Authorisation courses, Gas Stationary Engine training, Advanced Type B Gas, Test and Tag, and Restricted Electrical Licensing.
We’re seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales & Administration Officer to join our growing team. This role combines sales & administration, customer service, and general admin support in a professional, friendly environment.
This position is based at our Head Office in Brendale (QLD), with Bizmatrix also operating training centres in other states.
Key Responsibilities
Take inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, webchats, and other enquiries (no cold calling).
Promptly record client details and conversation notes in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
Respond to and qualify sales leads and prepare lead reports for targeted marketing.
Deliver a solutions-based sales approach by listening to and answering client questions.
Proactively source and develop client referrals to support business growth.
Support student enrolment and registration processes, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Assist the sales team with strong administration skills, including document preparation and data entry.
Perform other general administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Proficient in MS Teams, MS Word, Excel, and Adobe, with strong document preparation and formatting skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and via email.
Experience with CRM/CMS systems (e.g. aXcelerate, Moodle) is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
Familiarity with sales management or CRM software to track and manage your sales leads.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional and friendly telephone manner.
Strong time management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
