We're looking for a savvy, people-first Property Strategist who’s passionate about property, finance, and guiding others on their wealth journey.

What You'll Be Doing as one of their Property Strategist team:

• Act as the first point of contact for new clients—understand their financial goals, risk profiles, and property knowledge
• Develop tailored property investment strategies that align with clients' long-term financial objectives
• Educate clients on property investment principles, cash flow, yield, growth potential, and portfolio building
• Work closely with internal teams (finance, research, acquisition) to align strategy and execution
• Ensure clients are investment-ready—assist with finance partner referrals, structures, and onboarding
• Maintain strong, ongoing client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and support
• Prepare clients to move seamlessly into the Buyer’s Agent process

What You Bring:

• Background in property investment, buyer’s agency, mortgage broking, financial planning, or related field
• Solid understanding of wealth creation, finance, and property investment strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills—you love educating and advising
• Strategic mindset with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (NSW) preferred
• Confident with CRM systems, client presentations, and data
