Practice Manager – Ivy Psychology (Eastern Suburbs, Sydney)

Ivy Psychology is a small, owner-operated practice providing in-home and telehealth psychology and behaviour support services across Sydney and Australia. We are an NDIS-registered provider supporting clients with diverse needs, including disability and mental health. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, person-centred care.

We are looking for a Practice Manager to join our team for 3–4 days per week, based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs with flexibility to work from home. This is a hands-on role where you will help shape how our practice operates and grows.

What you will do

Keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly, from scheduling and client onboarding to managing workflows.

Oversee financial administration, including invoicing, payroll coordination, and reporting.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration for our clinicians.

Ensure compliance with NDIS, Medicare, and internal quality standards.

Work closely with the Directors to develop and refine processes, policies, and procedures that improve how we work.

Act as a key contact for our clients, team, and external partners.

Support our remote clinical and admin teams to deliver on our service promise.

What we are looking for

Experience as a practice manager or senior administrator (allied health, psychology, or NDIS experience highly regarded).

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Familiarity with Splose, Google Workspace, and Xero (or a willingness to quickly learn).

Someone who enjoys working with software systems and integrations to make processes easier and more efficient.

A proactive, professional, and approachable style. Someone who enjoys supporting a team and making things work better.
