The Role

This is a true BDM role focused on growth. You’ll be expected to:

Proactively identify and target new business opportunities across the civil, construction, and infrastructure sectors where you can sell onsite refuelling as a service

Get boots on the ground — visiting sites, talking to operators, project managers, and decision-makers

Build strong relationships with Tier 2/3 contractors, plant hire businesses, and major project sites

Sell a critical service that keeps machines running and projects moving

Manage your pipeline, report on activity, and drive consistent sales performance

What We’re Looking For

A natural relationship-builder who isn’t afraid to cold call, walk onto a site, or knock on a site office door

Someone with strong knowledge of the civil/construction industry (you know the language and how sites operate)

Confidence, resilience, and a self-starting attitude – you’ll be managing your own territory

Experience in B2B sales, construction services, equipment hire, fuel, or consumables is ideal

Someone who takes pride in being a trusted, solution-based salesperson
