Business Development Manager – Access Equipment (AWP Specialist)

Territory: Victoria, South Australia & Tasmania

Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000 + Superannuation + Bonus Structure + Vehicle Allowance

Zoomlion Australia is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts across Victoria, South Australia, and Tasmania. This role focuses on Access Work Platforms (AWP) and requires a strong background in the mining and/or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the AWP and heavy equipment sector

- Manage and grow key accounts across construction, mining, industrial, and rental clients

- Deliver on territory sales targets and drive strategic growth in your region

Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored equipment solutions

- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales or business development within the mining and/or construction industry

- Strong understanding of access equipment, earthmoving machinery, or heavy plant hire

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across the sector

- Self-motivated and results-focused, with excellent commercial acumen

Based in Melbourne with willingness to travel across VIC, SA, and TAS
