About Us
We are a registered NDIS and Child Safety services provider, deeply committed to delivering high-quality and personalised supports. As part of our dedication to the safety and wellbeing of the people we support, we recognise and uphold the Ten National Principles for Child Safe Organisations. These principles, among others, guide our policies, practices and culture to ensure safe, inclusive and empowering environments for everyone we support.

About the role:
We are seeking a permanent full time Rostering Manager to lead the Rostering team in delivering efficient, compliant, and cost-effective workforce rosters across all service areas. What you'll do:
The Rostering Manager will be responsible for:
Leading the development and delivery of cost-effective, SCHADS Award-compliant rosters that meet participant care needs and align with budgetary constraints.
Supervising and supporting the rostering and administration team to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all programs.
Overseeing the day-to-day rostering function, proactively resolving conflicts and escalating critical issues to senior management as needed.
Coordinating and maintaining an effective On-Call system, ensuring timely staff coverage, clear escalation pathways, and continuity of care outside standard hours.
Monitoring shift coverage and actively assist in filling shifts to minimise service disruption.
Managing staff availability data, leave registers, and rosters, ensuring information is accurate, current, and aligned with operational requirements.
Delivering clear, professional communication across all levels of the organisation, acting as a central link between frontline staff and senior leadership.
What we're looking for:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a rostering or workforce coordination role of similar complexity, ideally within the community services or disability sector.
Advanced knowledge of the SCHADS Award, including its practical application in roster planning and compliance.
Proven ability to lead and supervise a team, fostering a culture of accountability, responsiveness, and service excellence.
High-level interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the organisation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly under pressure or in time-sensitive scenarios.
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
Commitment to delivering high standards of internal customer service and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive issues or conflicts.
Proficient in using rostering and scheduling platforms such as Diversity Sync’d or similar workforce management systems, with the ability to interpret data and generate operational reports.
Compliance requirements
Current Blue Card (or willing to apply)
Disability Worker Screening - prescribed notice yellow card (or willing to apply)
Current Licensed Care Service (LCS)
Minimum P2 driver’s licence with no restrictions (reasonable adjustments will be made for stable medical conditions which allow the inherent requirements of the role to be performed)
