About the role

SIMPLEX ELEVATORS PTY LTD' is seeking a talented Sales Estimator to join our team in Salisbury, Queensland. You will play a critical role in providing accurate and competitive cost estimates for our clients. This position is essential in supporting the company's strategic growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed cost estimates for potential projects, considering all relevant factors such as materials, labour, and equipment

Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements and client expectations

Assist in the preparation of contract proposals and tenders

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Sales Estimator or similar role within the Lift or Construction industry

Proficient in the use of estimating software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, or a related field
