About the role
The Learning Experience Lead role requires individuals who can lead large scale projects with multiple deliverables and resources. Leads must be capable of running large programs of work, including reviewing, mapping, ideating, and overseeing the design and build.

The role will ultimately ensure BSI's solutions meet the highest standards in creativity and educational best practices, as well as overall consistency and quality. Central to this role is the ability to work with Sales to shape creative and innovative learning solutions and work with the rest of team to deliver on them in a way that maintains BSI's credibility and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small and large scale learning projects
• Co-ordinating deliverables
• Quality assurance across all project deliverables
• Identify and problem solve project related risks and issues
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Maintain oversight of the health of the project
• Manage project team members, including quality control, timelines and budget
• Provide input into project planning as required, advising on effort and duration for different stages of the development process
• Identify and manage changes to project scope
• Consult with internal and external stakeholders to assess training needs
• Plan and design unique blended content in collaboration with our production team - including animators, videographers and multimedia designers
• Design compelling blended learning experiences, including eLearning storyboards, video and animation scripts, facilitator guides (virtual and face-to-face), podcasts, infographics, assessments, and job aids
