About the role:
Due to an internal shuffle of roles and professional development, we are currently recruiting for a superstar candidate with excellent customer service skills. The ability to prioritise tasks and complete with a high standard is essential. Analytical & data entry experience is required along with strong telephone communication skills; we are looking for a motivated individual who knows how to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Book travel arrangements (local, overseas) (flights, accommodations, transport) for staff
Prepare travel itineraries and ensure the necessary documentation is ready
Data entry, process AP invoices when requested
Assist with onboarding new employees (prepare workstations, documents, etc.)
Coordinate internal events, team meetings, or company-wide activities
Process purchase orders for office supplies/equipment
Provide administrative support to project teams (e.g., document tracking)
Respond to client inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments
Maintain car fleet including service/maintenance
Maintenance and service invoicing on a weekly basis
Identify trends or areas for improvement in administrative processes
Other ad hoc duties
Skills and experience:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Excellent computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office
The ability to complete all assigned tasks in a safe, professional and timely manner
High attention to detail
Problem solving skills
Have a positive attitude and great customer service skills
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality
Experience working within the Electrical sector would be an advantage but not essential
Experience working with Simpro program would be an advantage but not essential
Experience working with Myob would be an advantage but not essential
