About the role

Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Program Manager, the Senior Technical Business Analyst -AI Specialist will support the delivery of AI-driven application projects to shape the evolution of AI at headspace.

Working within the Digital Technology Services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for responding to stakeholder requests, gathering requirements and defining new process improvement opportunities. The position will focus on AI implementations and evaluating AI projects for fit, data management and security of platform whist adhering to the headspace AI guidelines and policy. The position will also have the responsibility for understanding, documenting and proposing AI solutions and their Return On Investment.

Working with a dynamic group of mental health professionals, BA's, PM's and Data Analysts, this is a great opportunity to be a part of headspace's AI growth and making a difference in the lives of young people.

Who we're looking for

headspace is seeking someone with

• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Engineering and/or related industry experience.
• 5+ years Technical Business Analyst experience.
• Demonstrated experience process mapping and business and functional requirements documentation.
• Knowledge of AI concepts, methodologies and frameworks.
• The ability to translate abstract information into high quality business requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional verbal communication and workshop/training facilitation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interact with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts.
• Proven ability to successfully elicit and document requirements and get results with minimal supervision.
• High level of initiative with ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously and with conflicting priorities.
