We are seeking an experienced and customer focused Accounts Payable Officer for parental leave cover.
Key Duties:
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
General Accounts Payable duties
Processing of invoices
Verify and code invoices according to the general ledger
Bank reconciliations and banking
Investigating and resolving discrepancies
Daily data entry
About You:
The ideal candidate will have experience in working within a fast-paced environment, ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.
Essential Criteria
At least 2 years of experience as Accounts Payable Officer
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Professional and proactive attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
