About the Role

Lift Equipt is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Bibra Lake, Western Australia. Offering a flexible 20-hour workweek, this role involves managing the accounts payable function and ensuring timely and accurate invoice and payment processing. It's a fantastic opportunity to support the financial operations of our expanding company.

What You'll Be Doing

Process and reconcile incoming supplier invoices with accuracy

Resolve payment discrepancies by liaising with internal departments and vendors

Maintain detailed records of all account's payable transactions

Assist with month-end and year-end accounts payable reporting

Support the broader finance team as needed

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years' experience in accounts payable or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office

Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Knowledge of accounting principles
