About the Company

Our client is a leading Tier 2 commercial construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across NSW. Known for their positive site culture, systems, and strong project pipeline, they work across education, health, industrial, aged care, and mixed-use commercial sectors.

The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day on-site delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with WHS and QA standards
• Drive construction programs and monitor progress
• Report to the Project Manager and attend client/site meetings
• Maintain site safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal teams

About You

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
• Trade background or tertiary qualification in Building / Construction
• Experience delivering commercial projects valued $10M+
• Strong understanding of construction programs, site safety & compliance
• Confident communicator with strong team leadership skills
