As we expand our national remote team, we’re searching for a Customer Service & Appointment Setter who thrives on phone-based conversations, delivers 5-star service with every call, and takes pride in keeping customer journeys smooth and on track.
The Role: Customer Experience – Appointment Setter
In this phone-based role, you’ll be responsible for scheduling post-sale appointments with our solar customers. You’ll be the friendly voice helping customers understand their next steps, while ensuring our consultants’ calendars are running efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule appointments (Post-Install, Momentum Sessions, Panel Cleans) via inbound and outbound calls
Manage consultant calendars, factoring in drive times and appointment priorities
Use SMS, email and CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups
Reschedule appointments as needed with professionalism and empathy
Ensure each customer interaction is positive, informative, and aligned with our values
Collaborate with the wider post-sales and operations teams to meet daily KPI's
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ A bright, bubbly, and articulate communicator
✔ Strong background in customer service or appointment setting
✔ Organised and confident managing calendars or booking systems
✔ Positive, coachable and solutions-focused mindset
✔ Excellent at building rapport with people from all walks of life, quickly over the phone
✔ Proactive and self-motivated, yet a collaborative team player
✔ Tech-savvy and comfortable using phone systems, email, and CRM tools
✔ Proven ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote role
✔ Must have a reliable work-from-home setup, including high-speed internet, a computer, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
