About the Role

As a Telecommunication Appointment Setter, you'll play a key role in driving our business development efforts. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team. Your ability to think proactively, engage decision-makers, and open doors will directly impact our success.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers across targeted industries.

Engagement: Conduct cold calls and outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark interest in our telecom solutions.

Qualifying Leads: Ask the right questions to understand prospect needs and determine solution fit.

Appointment Scheduling: Secure high-quality meetings for the sales team, maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Relationship Building: Nurture early-stage prospects and maintain regular communication to keep leads warm.

Performance Tracking: Log all interactions and track KPIs using our CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

Hunter Mentality: You love the chase and don’t shy away from cold outreach.

Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Telecom Savvy: Basic understanding of telecom services (training provided).

Resilient & Goal-Oriented: Able to handle rejection and stay focused on targets.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups with precision.

Tech-Comfortable: CRM and basic digital tools proficiency.

Team-Oriented: Able to work closely with sales and marketing for best outcomes.

Experience: Prior appointment setting, B2B sales, or lead generation experience is preferred but not essential.
