Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on a range of finance and insurance products

Secure competitive interest rates and financing options

Collaborate with sales teams to promote dealership finance and extended service programs

Ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint

Monitor and report performance against targets

Maintain compliance with financial services legislation

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a Finance & Insurance role within the automotive industry

Strong understanding of retail automotive operations and financial services regulations

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to assess and profile customer needs effectively

Positive, motivated personality with a collaborative approach

Relevant qualifications in finance or related fields

Availability to work Saturdays

Experience with Angle Automotive or Volkswagen Financial Services is highly regarded
