The Role

As the Team Assistant you will be supporting the directors, as well as the 180 staff members below them. You will be the "glue" for the Sydney office.

The role requires a highly organised candidate:

  • Extensive diary management
  • Travel bookings
  • Meeting minutes
  • Events Management
  • Expense Claims
  • Communications
  • Office coordination
  • Reporting
  • Respond promptly to managers’ queries
  • Assist with project admin where needed
  • Ad hoc admin

Who we are looking for

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Team Assistant or PA to multiple people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong relationship Builder
  • Someone who shows initiative
  • Problem solver
  • Highly organised, precise, proactive and reliable
  • Ability to handle confidentiality
  • An outgoing, people-oriented person who lights up the room

Culture

This is due to some excellent systems in place, including WHS, contract admin and back office support, a dedicated senior management team and where possible they promote from within. They also have a lot of internal celebratory events.

Must have aligned experience from a similar position in an aligned industry.
