Join our Digital Shipbuilding team and get hands-on experience with:

Designing cutting-edge passenger, leisure, defence, and offshore support vessels

Integrating the latest green energy technologies throughout the marine industry

Working with aluminium, steel, and composite structures

Performing advanced engineering analyses including FEA, structural calculations, stability, seakeeping, and powering

Delivering world-class engineering solutions to our diverse global client base

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, eye for detail, and a can-do mindset, with the following background and attributes:

A degree in Naval Architecture or a related engineering discipline

Australian citizenship or permanent residency

A genuine passion for the maritime industry and ship design

Solid experience with AutoCAD and confidence using the Microsoft Office Suite

Proficiency in Maxsurf, ShipConstructor, Rhino, and FEA tools preferred

A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

A versatile skillset and eagerness to take on a variety of technical challenges

Clear, confident communication skills – both written and verbal

We're primarily seeking candidates at a senior level with 3+ years of relevant experience, but strong junior applicants with demonstrated potential are also encouraged to apply
