We’re looking for a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to coordinate our transport operations and support our sales team 6 days a week.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Coordination:

Assist with processing customer orders (online, phone, and in-person)

Support the sales team with inventory availability, product information, and pricing

Maintain accurate records of sales orders and customer interactions

Build strong relationships with retail customers

Logistics & Operations:

Coordinate daily deliveries (local and regional)

Work with suppliers and staff to ensure a smooth flow of goods

Monitor stock levels and assist with reordering and forecasting

What You’ll Bring:

2+ years of experience in sales support, logistics, or a related role (experience in retail or garden supplies is a plus!)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a love of teamwork

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Bonus Points For:

Knowledge of garden tools, outdoor products, or horticulture

Experience coordinating freight or delivery logistics
