This position is ideal for an experienced Assistant Manager ready for the next step, or an experienced Manager seeking a forward-thinking firm.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including high net worth individuals, family groups, and privately owned businesses across various industries such as property, construction, advertising, funds management, manufacturing, and professional services.

Oversee a range of engagements encompassing compliance (financial statements, tax returns), structuring, and commercial advisory work (including group restructuring, outsourced CFO services, asset protection, and estate planning).

Serve as a key point of contact for your client portfolio, building strong, lasting relationships and providing practical, value-added solutions.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional development and a collaborative team spirit.

Collaborate closely with a supportive leadership team to ensure high-quality client outcomes and contribute to firm-wide initiatives.

What You Bring

A strong background in Business Advisory and Tax, ideally with experience working with both ASX listed and unlisted entities.

Solid technical skills in accounting principles, tax compliance, and an understanding of business structures.

Demonstrated experience in managing client engagements and reviewing the work of others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

A proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

An understanding of professional ethical standards.
