Korean Business Developer needed to further strengthen our leading position in South Korean market! This full-time position is based in our Sydney Head Quarter in the heard of Financial hub in Sydney. The Junior Developer will explore more sales opportunities while learning from our Korean market manager. If you are a ambitious business man with strong sense of ownership and responsibility looking for an opportunity to enter the financial service industry. Only Korean-Speaking candidate will be considered. Preference will be given to candidates with South-Korean living and/or working experience.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Promote the Company’s products and services.

Convert marketing leads.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients.

Conduct business development researches.

Help maintain high levels of client acquisition, retention and reactivation Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure clients receive the highest level of service at all times.

Performing personal client analysis and taking actions as required.

Keep up-to-date with the financial markets and the factors that influence them.

Follow the policies and procedures set by the compliance department with regards to processing client documentation.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Must speak Korean and English – reading, speaking, and writing is a must Additional languages will be considered as a plus

At least 1 year of experience in Financial Sales

Proven track record of success in sales and business development

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Must be efficient and organized

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals

Self-motivated that likes working to targets

Dynamic, innovative and target driven Proven ability to multi-task, deliver exceptional results and motivate/ manage others in a fast paced & dynamic environment Ability to work on own initiative, expand and generate business

Australian permanent residency or long-term work visa preferred (working holiday visas not eligible)

Marketing experience such as managing global and Korean social media channels and creating video content is preferable
