As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Manager to take the lead in developing and supporting our passionate sales team.
About the Role
This role is all about leadership, coaching, and results. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high performance across the sales team, supporting individual reps to grow and succeed, and ensuring the overall customer experience is smooth, consistent, and exceptional.
You’ll play a key role in:
Leading and motivating the sales team toward shared goals
Identifying opportunities to improve conversion, follow-up, and customer engagement
Ensuring leads are managed strategically and fairly
Coaching and mentoring team members to bring out their best
Monitoring sales performance and ensuring pipeline accuracy
Helping resolve customer or cross-department issues efficiently
Bridging communication between sales, marketing, production, and installation
This is a leadership role embedded within a high-performing team that thrives on accountability, collaboration, and real results.
