About the role:
We are seeking a motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Fleet (B2B) Sales Manager to become part of the team in our New Vehicle Sales Department for Hyundai & Chery. You will be taking over a pre-existing fleet data base, managing existing clients, whilst increasing acquisition. This is a full-time position based in the heart of the northern suburbs and comprises of a 5-day working week. The Dealership has a very loyal customer base & receives an extremely high number of referrals from past and present customers. This position is available to an experienced sales consultant that would have an exceptional understanding of the vehicle sales industry, with a strong preference of a Hyundai sales background in new cars. Role and responsibilities:
- To carry out daily sales processes, including preparing the vehicle display for the day's sales opportunity activities, and provide outstanding customer service at all times
- Working autonomously within the sales department, with the guidance and direction of the sales manager and other senior management when required, ensuring all tasks and responsibilities are completed in an agreed and efficient time frame
- To work closely and positively with your sales team, and just as importantly with all management and staff, at the Dealership
- A strong focus on "customer satisfaction" at all times, with the intent to build and grow your client base, for the benefit of both yourself and the dealership
- To be driven to learn, succeed and grow with the evolution of the motoring industry
Experience and skills:
- Previous experience required, in a BDM or Business to Business sales consultant
- Good understanding and knowledge of the automotive industry, in general
- Outstanding customer satisfaction dedication
- Attention to detail and a record of above-average computer skills, with attention to Dealership Management Systems, specifically Pentana
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Current driver's licence
