Responsibility wise you will.

• Work closely with supervisors to effectively manage a small team of qualified electrical and mechanical tradespeople.
• Schedule work, people, and materials to meet quality and contractual obligations.
• Keep a close eye on the bottom line for each job to ensure our margins are being maintained,
• Help implement strategies to ensure team are always job ready and that productivity targets are met.
• Work collaboratively across teams including scheduling, account management and operations to meet total client needs.
