The Role

As a Client Directo , you will:

• Lead and grow the accounting division, working alongside fellow partners in financial planning and business advisory.
• Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, providing strategic tax and business advice.
• Play a key role in firm-wide decision making, strategic planning, and business development.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• CA or CPA qualified with at least 10 years’ public practice experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in taxation, compliance, and business advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building strong client partnerships.
