AnglomOil Australia is a proudly Australian-owned lubricant manufacturer based in Mount Kuring-Gai. We produce premium quality lubricants for a wide range of industries and are known for our reliable service and commitment to excellence.
We are currently seeking a proactive Accounts & Admin Officer to join our close-knit administrative team. This role offers a great opportunity for someone who is organised, team-focused, positive and ready to take ownership of their work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and process customer orders using our ERP system (QAD – full training provided), including export orders.
Manage company credit card entries and monthly reconciliations.
Process orders for other company branches, including our operations in New Zealand.
Assist the Head of Finance and other admin team members with general administrative tasks and support during stocktake.
Liaise with customers to follow up on overdue invoices.
Ensure accuracy of customer data within the ERP system.
Obtain and compare quotes from third-party suppliers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy office or industrial setting.
Strong attention to detail and consistent work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Exposure to ERP systems (QAD preferred, but not essential).
A basic understanding of bookkeeping/accounting or studies underway in a relevant course.
Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
A collaborative, can-do attitude, and the ability to work independently when required.
