ADMIN OFFICER / ACCOUNTS
FULL TIME position with a leading commercial playground company located at Smithfield NSW for an experienced, Admin officer / Accounts All Rounder with an eye for detail to join our friendly team.
You will be well organised and have excellent English skills, as well as minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Must have
Experience with MYOB, Reckon or similar
Intermediate MS Word, Proficiency in Excel & Outlook
Accurate Typing skill
Minimum 2 yrs experience in similar role
Own car
Duties include but not limited to:
Debtors & Creditors Processing
Entry of Credit Card dockets
Bank Reconciliation
Typing of tenders, quotes & emails
Reception, mail, filing, stock control
Purchase orders, sales orders, invoicing
Excel spreadsheets
Supporting sales team
All general office duties as required
Hours: 8.30 - 4.30pm Mon - Thurs, 8.30 - 3pm Fri
Salary negotiable
