Join our family owned broadacre farming operation on a full time, permanent basis, located in Jerramungup, in the Great Southern of WA,

This is a long-term position that will suit someone with a background in agriculture, embraces living in a small community and with a passion for broadacre cropping.

You will be involved in all aspects of growing a 4000ha cropping program in a great working environment, using modern equipment, with the benefits that of working in a local family owned operation.

Salary is above award rate, and negotiable based on experience. Includes on farm accommodation suitable for a family, farm vehicle and utilities. A flexible work arrangement can be negotiated for the right candidate, ie drive in drive out.

Experience in all aspects of broadacre cropping & machinery operations required: Seeding, Spraying, Spreading, Harvesting, Tractor Operations etc

Mechanically minded with a pride in operating and maintaining machinery and farm equipment

This role requires a passion for broadacre cropping, a willingness to learn & ability to adapt to seasonal conditions and work hours

Self motivated and happy to work solo and as part of a team

MC Truck licence or skills to obtain highly regarded
