Job Title: Farm All-Rounder
Reports To: Farm Owners – Travis and Zoë
Location: Tenterden, WA
Hours: Full-Time – 45 hours/week (includes alternate weekends)

We are a family-owned regenerative farm focused on pasture-raised poultry, heritage pork, grass-fed lamb and beef. Key Responsibilities:

Daily care of livestock, particularly chickens

Confident handling of and working alongside livestock guardian and working dogs

Maintenance of electric fencing and water systems (pipes, troughs, etc.)

General farm repairs and infrastructure upkeep using tools

Monitoring stock and feed levels; ordering and restocking supplies

Accurate record-keeping and farm data tracking

Supporting on-farm projects, market prep, and seasonal needs

Weekend work on a rotating basis and flexibility during busy periods

Following farm protocols and WHS and biosecurity standards

Ability to assist with staff supervision or task coordination

Skills & Attributes:

Previous hands-on farm experience (especially with chickens and livestock)

Comfortable with dogs and animal handling

Can work independently and proactively

Good communicator and team player

Clean, tidy, and detail-oriented

Interest in regenerative farming practices and willingness to learn

Lives locally or has nearby accommodation (this can be discussed if not)

Physically fit and capable of outdoor, hands-on work in varying conditions

Ability to drive with trailers, including reversing

Desirable (but not essential):

Welding and fencing skills

Tractor operation ability

Prior farm management experience (e.g., supervising, hiring)
