About the Role:
As a Team Leader, youll play a key role in ensuring daily warehouse operations are completed efficiently, safely, and on time. You’ll supervise and support your team across either AM or PM shifts, leading by example and maintaining a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance
• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed
• Support loading, unloading, picking, and packing activities
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments to meet targets
• Maintain accurate records and inventoy

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (essential)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Availability to work 6 days per week
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ride-on pallet jack and forklift experience highly regarded (but not required)
