The firm services all types of clients, from SMEs all the way up to large privately held companies turning over hundreds of millions of dollars. The practice also has multiple international clients giving you the opportunity to grow your tax knowledge. Currently experiencing a period of significant growth, the team, consisting of two business services tax partners and two other managers + accountants and administrators. They are seeking a Business Services Manager to jump onboard during this exciting time.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Business Services Manager, you will:

With support from Partners, be responsible for a portfolio of fees.

Providing clients with expert strategic advice, innovative solutions and excellent service.

Reviewing compliance documents, including Income Tax Returns and Financial Statements for all types of entities.

Engaging in tax planning, transactions, succession and some International Tax.

Overseeing and reviewing work completed by junior staff, developing their skills and providing support.

ABOUT YOU

The firm is seeking an individual who possesses the following qualities:

6+ years of demonstrated experience in a Public Practice Accounting firm, including 1-3 years in a managerial position.

CA/CPA qualified.

Strong leadership skills, confident and able to delegate work effectively and provide helpful feedback.

Proactive nature, deadline-focused and target driven.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Keenness to progress with the firm, equity is available.
